At The Crossroads is a San Francisco non profit organization serving homeless youth recently redesigned their website. While they liked the visuals of the new design, the structure and interaction still needed attention.
Produced a detailed evaluation and analysis of the ATC website structure and content, focusing on using the website as a tool to engage and connect with potential volunteers, donors, and friends of ATC. This project involved user interviews, creating scenarios and questions for website testing, wireframes and blueprints, strategy and information architecture design.
